EPSOM & EWELL YOUTH LEAGUE REGISTRATIONS 2010/11
In the next few days all the current players on ‘prawn sandwich’ will be put into your Clubs ‘free agents’ area under the “player” section of the site.
The first step will be for Club Secretaries to log on at admin.prawnsandwich.com and enter all their teams that they are going to run next season (in the ‘team section’ of the site).
Players can then be put into those teams by going to the “players” Section and clicking on the “free agent” option. Edit any changed details, tick the box for “registration” on each player’s individual entry and print your ID cards as last year. Any players left in your ‘free agents’ list that you are not going to sign this year, can be released.
Please note: · If you are signing a player from another Club and you know all their details including their registration number - go to ‘add player’ under the “player” section and choose the option ‘import a player’. · New players can be added by selecting the ‘add player’ option within the player section.
Each team requires a “Team Card” this season – these were given out at the AGM. The card must be completed with all the players’ names and their dates of birth and passed to the Registration Secretary with the completed ID cards for each team.
Before sending your completed ID cards to the Registration Secretary (see below) please ensure the following is done:- · The ID cards must be signed by the player, a parent/guardian & the Club Secretary. · Two passport size photographs must be attached with glue, to the upper and lower parts of the card in the boxes provided. Photos should be the same wherever possible and have been taken recently. · The bottom section of the ID card must be cut out around the dotted line (please do not staple this to the upper part of the card). · Supporting ID must be enclosed (either last years registration card, or a copy of either the player’s birth certificate or passport – no originals must be sent) · Complete and include the team card as required. · Include a stamped addressed envelope if you want the ID cards to be sent back by post. This needs to be a strong envelope (size A5 is best) and please ensure sufficient postage is attached bearing in mind the size of the envelope. Alternatively, cards can be collected by arrangement with the Registration Secretary.
Please note: ID cards, which are not submitted in the above way with all the correct supporting documentation, will be returned unregistered.
Reminder….Rule 25U – all teams must have 11 (7 for mini-league) players registered by 1st August. But please let me have any completed ID cards asap. We will hold a registration evening at Bourne Hall on Friday 30th July at 7pm for you to deliver any cards.
